Teresa Enos-Wakefield, _MDE

President

Teresa is the Director of Business Operations at NorthStar, as well as a Department Manager, Shareholder, company Board Member, and company President. A graduate of California State University, San Francisco with a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Teresa’s work background includes everything from a stint at a Fortune 500 company in Silicon Valley, to VP of Operations for a California-based energy efficiency company.

Initially joining the team in 2017, her leadership and forward thinking has helped build an infrastructure that is growing the company while maintaining the family-like atmosphere which makes it unique. Teresa oversees all aspects of the business including Accounting, HR, IT/IS, Contracts, Facilities, and Recruitment. She leads the development and implementation of the company’s strategy along with company leadership and the board of directors.

Teresa is a San Francisco native whose first language is Spanish. She enjoys traveling and was most recently in Spain and Italy with her family. Her ideal weekend morning is spent in her backyard reading mystery novels. Teresa loves to entertain, and large family gatherings that include El Salvadoran and Spanish foods are the norm at her house. She has a passion for fashion, and you will often find her listening and dancing to Latin tunes.
